Returns & Exchanges

At MC2 Saint Barth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in the portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
